Flash Short Story
Sarah, James, and Olivia had been friends for their whole lives. They did everything together. They stayed together through their worst times. But one day everything changed. Sarah and Olivia were walking along the street that they all live on when they spot something out of the ordinary at th end of the street. They slowly aproach the scene and there is a collection of police cars and people. A body had been found at the base of a tree with a gunshot wound to the head. The body was being put on a stretcher and put on an ambulance and the two of them recognized a familiar face. A face that they spent almost every day with since they were little. The face belonged to their best friend James. And thus, their lives were changed forever.
I didn't accept that dark turn. The part where the two girls see the boy, you said the three it should be two.
